Who needs the MahaRERA agent certification exam?+
Every real estate agent, broker, and property consultant operating in Maharashtra must pass this exam to legally facilitate property transactions. Sales employees at developer site offices also need certification. From January 2024, non-certified agents have their registrations deemed void.
How is the real exam conducted?+
The MahaRERA certification exam is conducted by IBPS on behalf of MahaRERA. It is a 50-question MCQ paper with a 40-minute time limit. The passing score is approximately 50%. You are allowed a maximum of 3 attempts before you must re-enroll in the 20-hour training programme.
How is RERAExam different from other mock tests?+
Most mock tests are static — same questions every time. RERAExam has an adaptive engine that tracks which topics you get wrong and weights future papers to focus on your weak areas.
