If You Passed
Your MahaRERA agent registration certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Keep your certificate safe and note your renewal date. A lapsed registration means you cannot legally facilitate any transaction until it is renewed.

If You Did Not Pass
You can attempt the exam again in the next phase you register for: Phase 12 registration is open from 25 September to 10 November 2026. You have a maximum of 3 attempts before mandatory re-enrolment in the 20-hour training programme is required. Use the time before your next sitting to identify your weak sections and practise under timed conditions.

Have these ready before you try to download
Your application or enrolment number from the exam registration, the mobile number and email you registered with, and your date of birth. Most download failures are simply a mismatch between what you type and what was submitted at registration.

Once you have it
