No. Karnataka RERA has not mandated an agent exam, for first registration or for renewal: its agent registration checklist lists documents and a fee only (see Karnataka agent fees). RERAExam's Karnataka practice covers the RERA Act 2016, the Karnataka RERA Rules 2017, agent duties, promoter obligations and related property law. Our timed practice paper runs 50 questions of 2 marks each on a 40-minute timer.
Yes. Check current fee figures on the Karnataka RERA portal, as these are revised from time to time.
The questions test specific section numbers, penalty amounts and procedural timelines, not general experience. Most experienced agents find the legal detail hardest (the exact penalty under Section 62, Section 3 exemption conditions, the Section 18 interest rate). Practise those first.
