Renewal of Uttar Pradesh RERA registration is not automatic - it requires active steps from the agent:
- Submit updated documents - rule 11 requires the updated documents from your original application along with the Form J renewal application.
- Submit updated documents - all documents required for fresh registration must be updated and resubmitted.
- Pay renewal fee - Rs. 5,000 for individuals, Rs. 50,000 for applicants other than an individual (rule 11). The first-time registration fees under rule 9 are higher: Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 2,50,000.
- Apply three months before expiry - rule 11 requires the Form-J application not less than three months before the current registration expires.
